About the Role

We are seeking a flexible and reliable Events Associate to join our Bedford College Services department. As an Events Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the success of our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a range of services to support users of the College facilities, including security, car parking, portering, cleaning, and building maintenance.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of College events and facilities.
  • Support the development and implementation of events and activities that promote student engagement and well-being.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a facilities or operational role, with evidence of high performance and knowledge of modern facilities management practices.
  • First Aid at work qualification and manual handling training.
  • Alignment to our organisational values: student-centred, educational excellence, teamwork, continuous improvement, caring, and inclusive.
What We Offer
  • Variable working hours, £12.50 per hour.
