You must have excellent communication skills, an organised and orderly approach to your duties and ideally have previous experience of staff management/supervision.
You must be a team player who can respond quickly and easily to the demands and needs of the service.
You must have exceptional organisational and IT skills, which are vital for this role, as well the ability to prioritise tasks.
Administrative support is also required in the timely processing of requests and related clinical documentation and correspondence which is crucial to the safe and effective running of the service.
An understanding of NHS systems and processes is preferable, but not essential, along with experience of working with electronic patient record systems.
