Job Purpose:
The Head of Marketing is responsible for creating and delivering operationally the business' marketing strategy and developing the SIS brand to engage customers and boost sales both domestically and internationally in growing regions.
The business operates multiple business lines (racing, numbers, competitive gaming) across multiple international jurisdictions and the Head of Marketing will be key to ensuring all marketing activities drive value in line with the corporate strategy.
This role will align strategy across key stakeholders in the UK, US and Asia.Reporting Lines and Key Relationships:
The role reports to the Managing Director EMEA.
The role has line management responsibility for the Marketing team (currently a team of four) and overall management of a significant marketing budget.
Working Location:
The role is based in the Milton Keynes office but there may be a hybrid arrangement of time in the office and working from home.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Planning - situation analysis, shaping the marketing strategy and international marketing plans development.

Brand Development - oversee SIS corporate brand to ensure that it is relevant, differentiated and meets customer needs, and is executed in a consistent manner across all key touchpoints, as well as supporting the development of new product propositions, names and brand identities for individual product lines. Manage all IP and trademark activity pertaining to SIS brands and products.

Marketing Communications - develop and deliver integrated marketing communications campaigns to help drive awareness, consideration, and sales leads.

PR & Social - oversee management of ongoing PR/thought leadership and social media content plan and manage program of webinars and outbound activity.

Internal Communications - manage the delivery of a comprehensive programme of internal communications across SIS business units

Websites - manage and optimise SIS websites, to clearly convey SIS's product offer to operators and to help attract potential employees.

Sponsorship - ensure high quality execution of key sponsorship partnerships such as Betting Shop Manager of the Year.
