In this role, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers and stimulate the sales of the company'sproducts and services.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts with scheduled visits/calls to ensure the company is front of mind for existing and future requirementsrelated to their portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactive and regular contact with existing customers to maintain and develop relationships
- Prepare and schedule customer visits
- Grow customer accounts in line with sales targets
- Identify growth opportunities for existing or new customers
- Generate a customer orientated sales plan
- Create accurate and timely sales forecasts
- Ensure correct and timely reporting of activities
- Give and/or oversee product demos and/or trainings when necessary
The person:
- High motivated sales professional with previous track record in delivering sales targets
- Knowledge of the following industries is desirable not essential, Pharmaceutical/pharmacy compounding, medicine or healthcare
- Excellent commercial acumen with ability to spot an opportunity to improve sales and service
- Strong negotiating skills
- Fantastic communication skills written and oral
- Ability to multi task and work across a broad range of customers at any one time
- Strong organisational and reporting skills
- Extremely customer focussed
