Core Responsibilities**-
COMMUNICATIONS PARTNERING: Be a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on internal and external communication. Develop and implement integrated communication plans to drive executives' engagement and visibility within their teams, the wider organisation and external audiences. Provide counsel to their Leadership Teams on best practice approaches to communication.

BUILD ENGAGEMENT IN STRATEGIC INITIATIVES: Develop best in class integrated communication programmes to engage internal and external stakeholders in key strategic priorities. These may include, but aren't limited to strategy deployment, expansion programmes, such as opening new facilities and organisational change.-
CONTRIBUTE TO BUILDING A WORLD CLASS COMMUNICATION TEAM: Bring your extraordinary experience to help to continue develop the LEGO Group's award-winning communication team.

This role will operate mainly within the Operations and CFO Organisation's teams supporting efforts to drive alignment behind key strategic activities, build colleague engagement, motivation and satisfaction and advance our company's mission and growth ambitions You will report to the Vice President, Corporate Brand Communications.

The Communication Partner for our Operations & CFO organisation will be an experienced communication authority with profound knowledge across multiple disciplines.

  • Experienced working with Csuite executives in a fast paced, global business.
  • Outstanding commercial savvy and understanding of business strategy and drivers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Exceptionally strong strategic communicator, able to develop strategy and plans as well as execute with excellence.
Experience working in consumer goods manufacturing or operations organisations a benefit.
