This innovative manufacturing business is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team and provide exceptional customer support.


Role and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Handle all customer queries, including order progress and product-related questions.
  • Manage price and delivery requests efficiently
  • Address and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide product support for existing clients
  • Record and log information accurately
  • Process customer orders accurately
  • Act as point of contact for any delivery issues

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will require:

  • Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail
  • Proven experience in customer service or support role, preferably in a Production or Manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills and a patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
  • IT literate with the ability to pick up new software packages easily
