Monday to Friday - Office hours
We are recruiting for our client based at Sherburn in Elmet, a family run successful business with its staff at the heart of it.
You will help to achieve and maintain our clients culture of friendly and excellent customer service, by taking personal responsibility and ownership of always delivering to the highest possible standards in all areas to all customers.
Your new Role -
- Responsibility for processing sales orders accurately
- Ensuring transport department obtains all required paperwork for order picking in line with route schedules.
- Submitting and processing credits
- Build good customer relations
- Working closely with your Sales Manager to discuss product information, pricing and out of stock items to ensure customers receive possible alternative options on time for their delivery day.
- Run daily Sage reporting to ensure all sales orders have been dispatched as per date promised, and all back orders have been logged with the new agreed delivery date.
- Liaising with the Sales Manager and Credit Controller regarding any issues with customer accounts including accounts that have exceeded their credit limits or reduced levels of spending and dormant accounts.
- Providing product and service information.
- Working closely with key suppliers
- Helping to promote new product launches.
Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year
