My client is a leading supplier of hardware and automation solutions for security gates and access control.

Their wide range of swing and sliding gates, road traffic barriers, rising bollards, intercoms and physical security accessories are supplied bothdirect and via installers for domestic, commercial and industrial projects throughout the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices
  • Processing customer payments
  • Booking goods in
  • Processing back orders
  • Preparing paperwork for stock takes
  • Back order and sales order reports
  • Supplier invoice input
  • Processing Company Visa receipts
  • Petty Cash spreadsheet
  • Dealing with general accounts queries i.e., statement requests, copy invoices, etc.
  • Analysis reports as required
  • Answering the phone and processing orders, quotes on Sage
  • Processing online orders
  • Any other general accounts duties
  • Stationery orders
  • Filing
  • Post
  • Cover telephones for breaks/absences, as required
  • Any other general admin duties required
