We are on the lookout for a skilled and dynamic IT Manager to take charge of all aspects of our IT infrastructure, systems, and services in the UK. The main goal is to ensure top-notch performance, security, and efficiency.

Responsibilities of the IT Manager

  • Overseeing technical support for office and remote employees to resolve IT issues
  • Managing tech projects like server upgrades and cloud migration
  • Supervising the deployment, maintenance, and support of IT systems and equipment
  • Providing guidance on system upgrades, installations, and migrations
  • Creating innovative solutions to enhance end-user productivity
  • Developing standard operating procedures and ensuring adherence to ITIL framework
  • Negotiating with tech partners for cost-effective solutions
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the IT team

Experience and Skills Required

  • IT-related Degree
  • Prior management experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, end-point protection, data security principles, and more
  • Experience with ISO.27001 and Cyber Essentials
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and M365 platforms
  • Understanding of Information Security principles
