We are working for a leading experiential agency with a huge range of clients who deliver award winning consumer brand experiences.

We are hunting an established Experiential Producer who can lead the biggest projects the agency handles. You will be working domestically and internationally making talked about work.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Experiential/Event Producer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for producing memorable brand experiences. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex projects, ensuring flawless execution, and maintaining stringent financial oversight. Creative input is valued and encouraged, but the ability to deliver on-time and on-budget is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of experiential and event projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Oversee all aspects of production, including site selection, vendor management, logistics, and on-site execution.

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, positive relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, translating them into compelling brand experiences.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Financial Management:

  • Manage project budgets ranging from five to seven figures, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
  • Track expenses and negotiate with vendors to maintain cost control without compromising quality.
  • Prepare financial reports and projections, presenting them to senior management.

Creative Input:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for brand experiences.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance creative ideas, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new ideas into projects.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor junior producers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and technical staff, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in event production, preferably within a brand experience agency.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events with budgets often up and over £1m.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
