About us
Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.
This role offers a great opportunity to join Crisis to help lead an established Housing First team.
Working across London the team deliver person-centred, flexible, open-ended packages of support, advice and assistance to people who are/have been homeless, so that they can access and maintain a safe and secure home of their own.
About the role
As one of two Housing First Team Leaders, you will take a person-led, holistic, and trauma-informed approach to the support of members.
You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, including coaches, a peer support worker, a clinical psychologist and volunteers, to deliver high quality, safe and effective services to help individuals end their homelessness for good.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be committed to the Housing First approach and principles, and to Crisis' purpose and values including equality and social inclusion.
You will have experience of line managing and motivating a team - supporting those with multiple exclusion and disadvantage and taking a creative approach to managing change.
