We are looking to source candidates who are interested in a permanent vacancy in the Sutton Coldfield area.

The ideal candidate will need to be happy to work a minimum of 36 hours a week on a three-on-three-off rota.

You must show a passion to care and have the standards that meet the homes environment.

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who can work as part of a dynamic team to support a variety of residents.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three months experience as a support worker, excellent communication skills and be exceptionally organised.

You will play a crucial role in delivering personalised support and ensuring resident safety and comfort. You will work closely with them to provide personalised care, assistance with daily activities, and emotional support. Your goal will be to enhance their quality of life and promote their independence.
