King George's Hall and Darwen Library Theatre are two of Lancashire's iconic Theatres and concert halls.

We host a wide variety of national and international artists ranging from world famous bands like Florence and the Machine to comedy icons like Kevin Bridges and Sarah Millican as well as a host of local exhibitions, and conferences.


Due to expanding business and the need to increase staffing capacity we are looking for a confident, passionate and driven individual to join the team at BwD Venues in the role of Box Office Supervisor.


The Box Office Supervisor is an integral position within BwD Venues sitting at the heart of a small team they will provide a seamless and exceptional customer and client service and to our audiences.


The Box Office Supervisor will be a team player, an effective problem solver and flexible in your approach, evening and weekend working is a necessary part of the position.

This is a role that demands the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, where efficiency and effectiveness are paramount.


You will contribute to the effective running of our core business objectives and targets, be passionate about the entertainment industry and highly motivated to deliver an outstanding experience to all clients and customers.
