We are seeking a dedicated Financial Reporting Supervisor to join our finance department.

This role is pivotal in overseeing the preparation of monthly financial reports and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation.

Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive monthly financial statements and supporting the Senior Accounting team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail in financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Facilitate the audit process by organizing necessary documentation and supporting materials.
  • Contribute to the preparation of year-end statutory financial statements.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of all tasks in accordance with internal policies.
  • Continuously assess and enhance financial processes and controls.
  • Engage in various ad-hoc projects to support the finance team and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Part qualified or fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Familiarity with financial audits and statutory account preparation.
  • Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on accurate financial data interpretation.
