Client Migration Lead - Fund Dealing and Custody
Join Global Bank in a crucial role as a Client Migration Lead for their multi-year transformation programme.
Tasks
- Responsible for overseeing E2E migration activities of assigned clients
- Identify and collaborate with account managers for allocated clients
- Collaborate with account management to establish new rate cards
- Prepare for initial client meetings by gathering background information
- Lead client migration calls and offer a dedicated point of contact for clients
- Own and guide clients through the migration journey
- Engage with external parties as necessary
- Conduct daily POD sessions and weekly client meetings to manage client migration activities
- Work with Business Analyst to document current and future state fund dealing models per client
- Contribute inputs to regular governance and reporting processes
- Identify, own, and manage RAID items throughout the migration process
- Act as a point of escalation for Pod team members
- Take ownership of client migrations, managing delivery plans, and coordinating runbook activities
Key Deliverables
- Drive client discussions on product offering and migrations
- Develop detailed E2E migration plans per client, ensure execution, and track progress
- Provide Pod Migration Status Reporting
- Align Product delivery roadmap with client migration plans
- Maintain a Client Migration RAID log
- Ensure assigned clients are on-boarded and live in accordance with agreed plans
- Complete Warranty Period and Handover to BAU as per agreed plans
Requirements:
Experience in Fund and Custody within Securities Services
Hybrid working arrangements
