Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Lead

Job Summary:

Undisclosed is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Lead to manage the migration of employee data from legacy applications to SAP SuccessFactors as part of a global HR transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the data migration workstream, overseeing a team of circa 5 resources and collaborating with 3rd party and client resources.
  • Develop and implement a data migration plan, ensuring seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, governance documentation, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with the business to ensure data aspects are considered in overall SAP solution design.
  • Work flexibly, with occasional UK travel and limited overseas travel required.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as an SAP Data Consultant, with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and non-SAP systems.
  • Highly knowledgeable and experienced in managing HR data migration projects in SAP SuccessFactors environments.
  • Expertise in the implementation and use of SAP Data Services.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
