Job Description:

The key objective of this role is to lead a highly complex HR transformation program for a financial services organization that operates in multiple countries and has multiple geo-specific legacy applications. The target state will be a consolidated application, improved business processes, adoption of technology, and best practices in finance and accounting.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the implementation of HR processes. Experience in large and complex implementations is a must, along with process knowledge in PeopleSoft, Workday, and Microsoft Dynamics for global customers with at least 7-8 years of experience in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
  • Support the business team on data migration activities.
  • Expert in building high-level business, functional, and configuration documents.
  • Expert in customization and building a custom solution.
  • Conduct end-user training and support activities to ensure the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
  • Support transition planning and transfer to business as usual.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in HCM, SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central.
  • Experience in implementing international payroll.
  • Experience in delivering greenfield implementations with SAP SuccessFactors (knowledge of other ERPs such as PeopleSoft and Workday desirable).
  • Experience working with public sector banks.
  • Experience in HR processes such as core HCM, employee central, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, absence, time tracking and management, learning and development, succession, payroll and compensation, and performance management and goals.
  • Working experience in SAP Activate methodology and DevOps.
  • Experience working with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance, and other SAP partner products will be desirable.
