Key Responsibilities include

  • Processing credit request forms
  • Management of any accounts assigned to them to include
  • Invoice chasing / queries and account reconciliations
  • Assist in the processing of new customer accounts
  • Communicating internally with other departs to resolve queries
  • Assist credit controllers with administration as of when required
  • Allocate cash payments using Esker in line with their accounts assigned to them.
  • Any Adhoc accounting duties as required.

Things to Consider:

  • To be eligible for an apprenticeship you must be free from full time employment and have been resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years prior to the start of learning.
  • To be eligible for this apprenticeship you will not have the same or a higher accounts qualification.
  • This role is on site at AJW Group offices in Horsham with attendance at Crawley College.
  • This is an 18 month apprenticeship with potential for a full time role on successful completion.
