Telecom Acquisitions Ltd. is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer payments, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact customers to discuss payment arrangements and negotiate payment plans.
- Process and generate reminder letters to customers with outstanding balances.
- Allocate payments to customer accounts and update ledgers accordingly.
- Place restrictions on customer services when payment is overdue.
- Upsell existing products to customers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Collections Advisor/Credit Control role.
- Calm and clear telephone manner, with ability to listen, empathize, and explain.
- Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Assertive and able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
