Business Development Director – HVAC Industry

Location: Nationwide

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on person and experience

Seven Executive Ltd is seeking a talented Business Development Director with a strong background in HVAC and a deep understanding of the Pharmaceutical Sector.

Our client, a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of HVAC equipment and services, is looking to fill a pivotal role in expanding their footprint in the UK's Pharmaceutical sector.

Renowned for quality, excellent after-sales care, and consistent growth, they are committed to investing in their people and now seek to recruit externally due to expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the global head of the pharmaceutical vertical market to drive sales in the UK market
  • Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, including end users, architects, consultants, contractors, and quantity surveyors, showcasing the company's HVAC solutions
  • Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and challenges
  • Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and schedules to prepare competitive proposals
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Development Plan aligned with the company's strategy and targets

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a background in key account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts
  • A confident speaker who can effectively deliver complex technical presentations
  • Proactive and customer-centric mindset
  • Results-driven with a continuous focus on quality and client satisfaction
