With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Generator Power is growing rapidly and increasing their UK coverage from Scotland to the south of England.
Hours:
Monday to Friday - 5, 40 hours a week

Duties/Responsibilities:
Data processing of driver/vehicle records
Ensuring that all company vehicles and trailers are maintained and repaired in line with current legislation and Company policy.
Liaising with all Company Vehicle drivers to ensure all breakdowns and defects are prioritised and dealt with in an efficient manner.
Maintaining accurate vehicle records.
Ensuring all Company vehicles are taxed, insured and have a current MOT.
Creating purchase orders on InspHire
Data processing of driver/vehicle records
Other ad-hoc administrative office duties
Promote teamwork and co-operation at all times, both within individual depots and right across the entire Generator Power Group of Companies;
Qualifications/Skills required:
- GCSE in English & Maths.
- Transport administrator experience (Desirable
- Training can be given).
- Confidence with IT and computer packages
- Excel an advantage
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good communications skills, written and verbal.
- An ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
