We are seeking a skilled and experienced Class 1 Driver to operate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license, CPC, and Tacho card, with a clean driving record and experience in general haulage and tramping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Class 1 vehicles and perform tramping duties with overnight stays as required.
  • Conduct depot deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.

Pay Rates:

  • £18.21/h days
  • £20.00/h nights
  • £20.45/h Saturday
  • £22.13/h Sunday

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license, CPC, Tacho card.
  • Experience in general haulage and tramping.
  • A clean driving record with no major endorsements.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
