Position Overview:


As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by managing sales and purchasing administrative tasks efficiently.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with customers and suppliers, and utilizing software tools such as Sage 200 and Microsoft Outlook.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales administration tasks, including order processing, invoice generation, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Utilize Sage 200 and other IT software such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word to fulfil sales adminstrative duties.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure seamless coordination between sales activities and administrative processes.
  • Support the implementation of efficient systems and procedures to optimize sales administration workflows.
  • Maintain office organization and efficiency.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proven experience in sales administration or similar role, with strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate on crossfunctional projects.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in using SAGE 200 (Preffered)
