Job Title: Accounts & Sales Co-ordinator

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Jago Consultants in Norwich. This role will involve supporting our sales teams with vehicle sales order processing, ensuring accurate data recording, and complying with manufacturer and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and monitor new and used car sales on our DMS.
  • Taxing of vehicles and ensuring accurate invoicing.
  • Liaising with Sales Managers and supporting the sales team.
  • Ensuring all data is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales administration and vehicle sales order processing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.
  • A 40-hour week, Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
  • Part-time hours are negotiable.
