Plot Sales Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Plot Sales Administrator to join our Norwich Residential Development Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide professional administrative support to the Plot Sales Sub-Team, ensuring the smooth execution of plot sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Plot Sales Sub-Team, including file opening, preparing draft contracts, and issuing contract packs.
- Assist with the regular updating of sales sheets and reports for clients on live sales.
- Deal with exchange paperwork, prepare lender approvals, and complete transfers and leases.
- Monitor receipt of monies and liaise with the Accounts Department and clients' sales teams.
Requirements
- Excellent administrative skills, with experience in using software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain compliant and accurate file management and office systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
