Assistant Editor Position at Thomson Reuters

Are you ready to join our team as an Assistant Editor at Thomson Reuters in London? In this role, you will work with a team of experienced professionals to analyze and clarify legal, practice, and market developments for our online audience.

About the Role:
  • Monitor and identify key developments for our current awareness product, Practical Law.
  • Create new content for online publication with support from colleagues.
  • Conduct research projects and present results with thorough analysis.
  • Maintain and update content to reflect current legal and market practices.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide necessary support.
  • Collaborate with editorial teams to ensure content quality.


About You:
  • Prior experience in a Legal/Publishing environment.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Aptitude for learning and applying new information effectively.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools.
  • Minimum qualification of a UK Law Degree or equivalent.
