Role Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the governance of the Manufacturing Engineering discipline in line with the Life Cycle Management Systems.
  2. Oversee and review procedures to ensure Manufacturing Engineering is synchronized throughout the product life cycle stages.
  3. Manage the Manufacturing Engineering process and toolsets to support programme teams' knowledge deployment.
  4. Foster efficient process deployment, engagement, and business-wide understanding of Manufacturing Engineering by managing the Manufacturing Engineering document library in the Business Management System.
  5. Take ownership of Manufacturing Engineering for Quality requirements, improvements, process, and technical issues.
  6. Ensure adherence to processes and duties, lead Quality IWT, and address quality departures incorporating LFE (Lessons from Experience) into the process.

You will need:
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- IMECHE or IET qualified
- Proven track record in Management & Leadership and delegating Technical Authority
- SC eligible
