As a Manufacturing Engineer at Expleo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and manage key dimensional variation across the manufacturing process, working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize product design and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality plans to control key product features and dimensions.
- Analyze historical manufacturing capability data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering Planning to establish hold points in detail process plans.
- Validate metrology and create pictorial measurement plans for Operations to execute.
- Establish standard inspection processes and procedures to ensure robust and valid inspection data.
- Work closely with Operations to manage key product features throughout the build process.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a STEM discipline.
- Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
- Basic understanding of dimensional measurement systems and principles.
- Ability to interpret drawings and/or CAD models.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative working environment with a passion for technology and innovation.
