As MIS Administrator you will support Funding and Compliance department with administration functions connected to funded programmes from enrolment of learners to completion ensuring compliance is always met to justify any funding drawn down from the ESFA/DfE.

About The Role:


This role will suit an individual who enjoys administrative tasks and who has some previous experience in a similar role.


What you will be doing:

  • General office admin duties including but not exclusive to archiving, filling, scanning, photocopying and answering incoming calls.
  • Supporting with Intertrain enrolment and completion process in timely manner and administration of their learner records in the ILR system ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Adding and managing learners on their Learner Management System(s)
  • Collecting and sorting post, posting certificates to the learners and/or employers
  • Supporting with learner registrations and completions with relevant Awarding Bodies.
  • Liaising with customers to process the booking of training and assessment events (as per the company booking procedure)
  • Learner programme progress tracking
  • Retaining full and up to date awareness of relevant regulatory rules and guidance.
  • Supporting Funding Compliance Manager and the Compliance Department with all internal and external audits with governing bodies as guided by the Quality / Compliance function and Industry Standards.
  • Engaging in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) as required by the company.
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times in line with GDPR.

About You:

The successful applicant for this position will be a good team player with good attention to detail. You will have a high level of numeracy, literacy and IT skills.


You must have a positive and flexible "can do" attitude and you will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills.


Ideally we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in data administration and compliance within the FE Sector
  • Knowledge of funding rules and ESFA guidance
