Role Overview: Key Responsibilities of aPharmacist Manager

As the Pharmacist Manager youwill:

  • Lead mentor and manage thepharmacy team to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient careand service.
  • Oversee the dispensing ofmedications accurately and efficiently complying with all legalprofessional and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain the highest standards of healthand safety completing audits and risk assessments asnecessary.
  • Drive the business forward througheffective financial management marketing strategies and enhancingpharmacy services offered.
  • Build and maintainstrong relationships with the local community healthcareprofessionals and suppliers.
  • Keep abreast ofdevelopments in the pharmaceutical industry showcasing commitmentto continuous professional development(CPD).
The IdealCandidate

We are seeking a professional whoexhibits:

  • Registered Pharmaciststatus with the GPhC and proven experience within a community orhospital pharmacy setting.
  • Previous managementor supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting is highlydesirable.
  • Exceptional leadership skills withthe ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong organisational and problemsolving skills capableof managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills fostering relationships withpatients and healthcare professionals.
  • Aninnovative approach to pharmacy practice with a keen interest indeveloping and expandingservices.
Working Hours &Benefits:

This is a fulltime position typically40 hours per week with a possibility for flexibility to coveradditional shifts if needed.
