An exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join a team within a school in Bristol. The department are ambitious and are dedicated to provide inspiration and fun lessons across KS3 + KS4. Opportunities to teach 6th Form may be avaliable and due to previous experience and/or current performance of the candidate.
The school have a sucsessful department and enthusiastic students who have a genuine love for learning, due to the passion and drive the department have for their education. Art is a popular subject and has shown to produce some of the most sucsessful outcomes for the schools during GCSE's.
The sucsessful candidate:
- Have a QTS
- Passionate, creative, enthusiastic, team player.
- Some experience with digital art - photography/graphic design/Adobe - desired.
- Willingness/experience of teaching Photographs, Art, Graphic Design.
- Willingness to learn and get involved in KS3 teaching.
- Can teach art across KS4.
- Commited to CPD and developing as a teacher.
- Good behaviour and classroom management.
- Confident and passionate about their subject and able to engage mixed ability students.
- Inspirational.
- Enjoys working with young people.
- Have a sense of humour
