We are expecting a busy summer ahead with lots of exciting events planned in.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, assisting the accounts team, and managing office correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and organising documents and records.
  • Support the events team with administrative tasks related to event planning, such as venue research, vendor communication, and guest coordination.
  • Aid in the preparation of event materials, including name tags, signage, and promotional materials.

Our office environment is fun, relaxed and focused, we are even dog friendly too

Typical shift patterns would be from 9am-4pm Monday - Friday.

Must be able to travel to and from our HQ office in Lymington
