Our events include Conferences, Wellbeing Days, Investor Days, Brand Activations, Exhibitions and Unique Business meetings, to name but a few.
Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, assisting the accounts team, and managing office correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organising documents and records.
- Support the events team with administrative tasks related to event planning, such as venue research, vendor communication, and guest coordination.
- Aid in the preparation of event materials, including name tags, signage, and promotional materials.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Typical shift patterns would be from 9am-4pm Monday - Friday.
Must be able to travel to and from our HQ office in Lymington
