Your New Medical Administrator Job:

As a Medical Administrator you will provide administrative support to the multidisciplinary team.

Duties include:

  • Summarising: ensuring incoming medical paper notes and GP2GP notes are summarised in the patients' medical record.
  • Scanning: attaching patient records to the clinical system.
  • Coding: Identifying relevant clinical information contained in patient correspondence and coding or typing the clinical information on to the patient record.
  • Data entry of patient information including new patient registrations.
This role can be worked part or full time; circa 30 to 37.5 hours per week. The working pattern is negotiable.

What you'll need to succeed:


There is a high volume of reading medical correspondence expected within this role, the successful individual will posses excellent concentration skills and have previous experience in an administrative role.
