You will have successfully completed a
Assistant Practitioner level 5 qualification. Ideally you will have care home experience.

Good communication & IT skills are also needed in this role together with ability to adjust to all situations in a calm and positive way.


About the role


Whilst working under the leadership and direction of a Registered Nurse in our modern Nursing Home, an
Assistant Practitioner supports and delivers the provision of holistic, person-centred care and contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' needs.

We are looking for people who really care for others and who want to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.


In this role you will perform clinical activities and nursing care as deemed competent and delegated by the Registered Nurse.

You will also maintain accurate, legible and contemporaneous records on all residents to ensure documentation meets agreed standards.
