We are looking for a Mandarin or Cantonese speaking HR & Administrative Executive to join the team of an internationally recognised food company that specializes in various East Asian condiments. The company is based in Canary Wharf, Europe. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining office operations smoothly and efficiently, providing support to the fast-growing company. The role offers a salary range of £28-31K and attractive benefits. They offer a hybrid working model, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling HR tasks like maintaining staff records, preparing reports, and assisting with personnel communication.
  • Managing administrative duties related to logistics and office infrastructure, including organizing supplies, overseeing couriers, and managing vehicles.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as arranging business cards, managing insurance renewals, and conducting health and safety checks.
  • Coordinating logistics, travel, vendor communication, and providing general administrative support.

About you:

The role requires attention to detail, multitasking abilities, prioritizing workload, strong communication skills, and a proactive teamwork approach.

Profile:

  • Proficiency in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Holding a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in coordinating admin projects.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced administrative roles, preferably in FMCG or commercial environments.
  • Preferably, some experience in HR-related tasks.
