What You'll Be Doing in This Role
- Build and maintain relationships with the British Transport Police
- Collaborate with our security supply partner for effective security deployment
- Manage our innovative Safeguarding Hub in Hull and potential future hubs
- Lead Safeguarding in Rail accreditation activities and crime prevention strategies
- Implement initiatives to enhance safety and security standards at our stations
- Oversee the deployment of body-worn cameras and engage frontline teams
- Collaborate with partner organizations on network safeguarding activities
- Lead training approaches and promotion of safety tools
- Be on-call as required for the role
