  • Collaborate with teams to facilitate document reviews, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper version control. Track changes and coordinate revisions with stakeholders.
  • Maintain an uptodate record of all documents and related information, such as revision history, approval status, and distribution lists.
  • Respond to document requests from various departments, ensuring timely and accurate retrieval of relevant documents.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on documents to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from the company's documentation standards.
  • Safeguard confidential and sensitive information by implementing access controls and maintaining a secure document repository.
  • Periodically review and archive outdated or obsolete documents, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to the organization's retention policy.
  • Experience of working within a fast paced, highperformance team
  • Ability to identify and resolve potential problems or issues and take necessary actions to prevent them from developing
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload and meet agreed targets/deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Ability to influence effectively across all levels of an organisation
