The Role:

nThe IT Manager within Technimove is a hands-on role and is directly responsible for the smooth running of all internal infrastructure, operating systems and commercial off the shelf (COTS) applications, providing an internal and externally facing support desk, and managing internal improvement projects and remediation activities to their successful conclusion.


The IT Manager will develop and manage processes to ITIL standards ensuring a professional approach to all incidents, changes, and service requests.

Be a focal point for the team completing peer reviews regularly and ensuring very high standards across the team. Must be eligible for Security Clearance and adhere to Technimove policies and GDPR Best practices.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:
nMicrosoft Azure Administrator Associate


nMicrosoft 365 Certified:
Messaging Administrator AssociatenNSE4 or greater.nv4 Foundation.nL5 (Training will be provided).

Desirable:
nIdeally managed or coached and trained a Service Desk AnalystnOne or more of:nAzure Network Engineer Associate


nMicrosoft Certified:
Identity and Access Administrator Associate

nMicrosoft 365 Certified:
Endpoint Administrator Associate

nMicrosoft 365 Certified:
Teams Administrator Associate

nMicrosoft 365 Certified:
Administrator Expert

nMicrosoft Certified:
information Protection and Compliance Administrator AssociatenSigma Yellow Belt
