**Data Protection Manager, Croydon, Surrey, £60k/annum**

Well-known and popular B2C brand are looking for a Data Protection Manager.

**The role.**
- Support the DPO in ensuring and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and legal data privacy obligations and internal targets, including PECR, UK GDPR and DPA 2018
- Own, manage, report and continually improve the Data Protection Office processes
- Lead the implementation and refining of data protection controls, processes and standards for employees and members
- Monitor developments regarding data protection regulators

**What we’re looking for.**
- Demonstrable experience in a data protection manager role in a multi-site, omni-channel B2C business
- Good knowledge and understanding of UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, PECR and other relevant legislation
- Practical experience responding to DSARs and Data Protection requests from employees and customers
