Job Description

The key responsbilities of the Group Reporting Accountant will be:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for yearly audit.
  • Review and analyse financial data and prepare financial reports.
  • Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Support management in financial planning and results management.
  • Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Reporting Accountant should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
  • Consolidations experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
