Our CHICHESTER branch is looking to recruit for the following role: OUTBOUND SALES EXECUTIVEIn this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of building supplies products therefore previous sales experience in a similar role within a builder's merchant environment is essential.

Responsibilities and DutiesProviding quotations for customersGiving excellent customer service and sound product advice Taking a proactive approach to building product sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale.

Use a customer relationship management system (CRM) holding a portfolio of 50 + customers.
Generate new business with existing and new customers.
Upsell and gap analysis on existing customers.
Cold callingLead qualifyingQuote follow up.
Motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, self-driven, positive attitudeSound building supplies knowledge is required.
Previous sales experience in a builder's merchant environment is preferable but not essential.

Strong sales experience is essential for this roleConfident dealing with customersThe ability to build great customer relationshipsA good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skillComputer literate.

Qualifications and SkillsMotivated, energetic, enthusiastic, self-driven, positive attitudeSound building supplies knowledge is requiredPrevious sales experience in a builder's merchant environment is a necessityConfident dealing with customersThe ability to build great customer relationshipsA good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skillComputer literate.
