Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Corin, covering the South Coast and Southwest of the UK. As a leading manufacturer of hip and knee implants, we incorporate state-of-the-art solutions, including robotic-assisted technology used in surgery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the UK ortho market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders within the NHS and private medical sectors.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the UK ortho market and its key players.
  • Extensive experience in selling medical implants, instruments, and associated technologies to orthopaedic surgeons within the NHS or private medical sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the UK, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Corin's technologies, including Apollo and OPS, and the ability to communicate their value proposition to customers.
