Salary:
Circa £35,000 depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
- Plan, manage, set up and deliver recruitment events for all sectors across BAE Systems working with employer brand and recruitment marketing to ensure a consistent approach to recruitment attraction
- Build relationships with vendors and recruitment partners to enable delivery of the service to the sectors
- Ensure the recruitment service supports the business objectives, including the Diversity & Inclusivity agenda in line with the Total Talent CoE governance and policies
- Support to the Total Talent CoE and Recruitment & Onboarding Management Team to analyse workforce planning requirements to ensure alternative sourcing approaches
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Organisation skills, planning and communication skills
- Ability to the deliver innovative cost effective solution
- Confidently represent BAE as an ambassador at recruitment events
Desirable:
- Experience in the recruitment field
- Understanding of BAE products and services
- Demonstrable experience of Project delivery to budget and timescales
