Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers from the initial vacancy consultation through to onboarding, ensuring clear expectations are set and delivering a seamless, high-quality end-to-end recruitment service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies on the preferred suppliers list, ensuring their full support in contingent recruitment campaigns.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet KPIs and SLAs, ensuring recruitment targets are consistently achieved.
- Offer expert advice and guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and strategies to streamline the hiring process.
- Provide regular, timely communication to both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth engagement and support throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements:
- Stakeholder management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Takes a strong service-orientated approach that ensures efficient and effective service to the business
- Intermediate IT skills, in particular MS Word and MS Excel and knowledge of MS Access
- Organised, motivated and detail conscious
- Demonstrable team working characteristics
