"Attention all qualified Accountants" A rare opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and aspiring individual to fill the role of Senior Financial Account. **Working in partnership with this prestigious client, we are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join their growing team in West Bromwich. Reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting, you will be ensuring a timely delivery ofaccurate and relevant financial information, whilst managing the day to day management of Financial Accountants and Finance Assistants.

The role:

  • Producing annual statutory accounts for the Group
  • Complete the year end audit with external auditors
  • Ensure all balance sheet accounts are regularly reviewed
  • Ensure compliance and commit to process improvement and deliver change
  • Timely delivery of financial reporting
  • Managing, developing and motivating the team
  • Provide management information to business partners

Person specification:

  • ACMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
  • Significant experience within a similar role
  • Highly developed planning and time management skills
  • Innovative and creative
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Experience of financial planning in a complex business environment
  • Experience of leading a multidisciplinary team


Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week and hybrid working is available, however you will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week.
