What you'll be doing;

  • Keep the operational databases updated and maintained
  • Maintain all systems related to the operational service including but not limited to ECHO, WASP, AVA and Power BI
  • Manage events on the systems and ensure completion within SLA through the timely delivery of information to operations to avoid defaults being incurred
  • Direct communication with operations to manage performance and coordinate communication across the contract
  • Inputting and tracking staff holidays.
  • Implement and deliver data processes and procedures that ensure accuracy
  • Proactively monitor the contract reporting suite to understand dataset correlations (absence v return to work, missed collections v agency levels etc)
  • Support the rollout of any projects or communication briefs (such as Toolbox talks) as required in line with the needs of the operational service
  • Support the production of any written reports upon request. These will be in a variety of different formats (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and require interrogation of a variety of data sources to support this work
  • Other duties may be required to be fulfilled to meet the changing nature of the role

What we're looking for;

  • Understanding of Data Protection legislation and compliance
  • Good communication skills
  • Ideally have experience using ECHO, WASP, AVA and Power BI
