Job Title - Sales Administrator

Job description:

Qualification & Skills:

  • Work experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work load.
  • Work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supporting our sales account managers
  • Passing orders to the correct person
  • Requesting shipping quotes
  • Arranging collections for orders
  • Handling the processing of orders with accuracy and meeting timeliness
  • Responding to complaints from customers and providing aftersales support when needed
  • Regular customer contact
  • Sending samples to current and new customers
  • Logging all samples sent and providing follow ups

Job Type:
Part-time

Pay:
£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
