Skills:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other office software
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous
