Skills:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other office software
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous
