Sales Support

job description.


The role will be to support a thriving sales team by assisting the contact of customers is in line with our SLA's and providing administrative support.


duties:

  • To contact customers at various points of the journey and assist where necessary
  • To administer customer information in a timely manner
  • To provide accurate and timely support to the sales team
  • To ensure systems and records are maintained accurately
  • To help with phone cover when necessary
  • Ad Hoc sales support tasks when necessary

requirements:

  • To have a great telephone manner
  • To have excellent organisation and communication skills
  • To have good IT skills, working with Microsoft programmes
  • To be proactive in your approach by putting customers first
  • To ensure the highest standard of courtesy and efficiently in customer contact and communication
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure at peak times
  • To sell our service in a professional manner
  • To be able to work as part of a team

desired:

No previous experience is needed however advantageous if you have previous experience in the following areas;

  • Sales
  • Customer service
  • Administration
Full training will be provided with continuous ongoing support and opportunities to develop in your career.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Job Type:
Full-time

Schedule:
Monday - Friday

3 Days per week: 09:00 - 17:00

2 Days per week: 11:00 - 19:00

Salary:
£21'571.37 per annum

Overtime possible at peak times.
