About the role:


Our Governance and Compliance Officers work to ensure that Activate Learning is achieving the highest standards of consistency and quality within control systems and monitoring across the group.


In the role you will work within the Governance and Compliance Team, handling diverse queries and requests, as well as meeting submission requirements as laid down by various regulatory bodies plus our own Articles and Instruments of Government.


This role will have responsibility to support a variety of meetings by drafting agendas and reports, scheduling and making arrangements for meetings and tracking and completing actions after they have taken place.

You will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate well and influence colleagues at different levels within the business.
